Our Story
Matthew Chong spent 15+ years in airport operations — first as an Operations Manager, then as a Management Consultant at Ernst & Young. At every airport, the same problem: talented teams drowning in spreadsheets.
Flight schedules in one system. Gates in another. Workforce in a third. Baggage in a fourth. The ops team stitched it all together manually. Every single day.
He saw airports spending more time building reports about operations than improving operations.
In 2024, Matthew partnered with In Time Tec to build AeroSuite — designed for airport operators, by someone who'd been one. First deployment: SFO International Terminal with SFOTEC (46+ international airlines). Results: 40%+ less manual reporting, real-time dashboards, ops team finally focused on operations.
Today, AeroSuite is live at SFO, LAX, and Burbank — and growing.
